Rumours of Subaru's Future

There are alot of rumours of Subaru, a highly underestimated automotive company in the market currently and their plans for the near future.

The next-generation (not a facelift) Impreza and its WRX variant will likely debut at this year's NYIAS. The STi high-performance variant will likely debut in this year's Frankfurt Autoshow.

Some other rumours floating around is the fact that the Legacy Wagon will not be available after the 2008 model year. The Outback Wagon will be kept alive though.

A new (or makor facelifted) version of the B9 Tribeca CUV will debut in New York with the 3.6L H6 engine and a restyle. Rumours imply that it will go on sale as early as June.

I personally think the B9 Tribeca has potential of gaining sales after the restyle. Subaru ditched the aeroplane-grille, which in my opinion, had no problem, but did so to many others. The B9 Tribeca is a great vehicle. I believe it is one of the most underestimated and unknown vehicles in the market. I hope Subaru makes it right this time as the B9 Tribeca has lots of potential.
