Charles Gibson of ABC News is doing World News Tonight in Detroit currently. One of his reports show Gibson being escorted by Rick Wagoner, Chairman of GM, to the Pontiac design studio and lifting the cover off of the long-anticipated Pontiac G8.
The Pontiac G8 is debuting next month at Chicago. Insiders say the G8 is officially listed as a concept vehicle. In the video, the G8 seems to show no major changes where it is revealed. The HSV E-Series wheels are put and the front seems to be just the Holden Commodore VE with a Pontiac grille, similar to CGI Automotive's depiction of the G8.
The car in the video seems very close to the production vehicle, so seeing the G8 in our local Pontiac dealerships is not far away.
