Motor Trend received great attention when it ranked the Hyundai Veracruz above a Lexus RX350 in a comparison test. This time, the publication, whose parent company has recently filed for Chapter 11, has pitted the rear-wheel drive Hyundai Genesis Coupe against America's reborn pony car icon, the Chevrolet Camaro. Both test models were V6-powered and retail a hair under or over $30K. After strenuous testing both on road and on track, the editors at Motor Trend ultimately gave the nod to the Hyundai.
To the folks at Motor Trend, prepare yourselves for a blowing hit by expectedly irate GM aficionados. We've been a bit taken aback ourselves (with a sly smirk, of course).
