The new Vectra sits on the Epsilon II platform which is larger in every dimension than the Epsilon platform. The Vectra will come with various powertrains, and will be mated with a 6-speed AT, as well as an all-wheel drive option.
The new Vectra will arrive in the US, sometime after the European launch, as the successor of the current Saturn Aura. It will compete with the Ford Mondeo and the Volkswagen Passat in Europe.
